  • Saraswati Society: Thi organisation has held satsang in Sutton, Surrey for the past 15 years. They combine Sufi teaching with Advaita and practise Mevlevi whirling (Sema) to traditional music along with meditation and teaching from the Bhagavad Gita.
  • School of Economic Science: Teaches Samkhya influenced Advaita, with particular emphasis on karma yoga, at locations around the world. TM is introduced after two years. Also a world-class centre for the study of Sanskrit.

  • Society of Abidance in Truth: SAT teaches the practice of Ramana Maharshi's self-inquiry. Teaching is done by two self-realized sages, Nome and Russel Smith. Schedules, events, retreats.
  • The Sambodh Society: Details of events organised throughout the US and of publications of the society, formed by Swami Bodhananda Saraswati.
  • Vedanta Institute UK: This is effectively the UK branch of the Vedanta Life Institute below. Annual lectures, management seminars, study groups, talks, workshops and retreats are organized. Activities take place in various parts of London, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham.
  • Vedanta Life Institute: Founded by Sri Parthasarathy, the 'Vedanta Academy', near Mumbai in India, offers a three year residential course on Vedanta, based on study, contemplation and practice. It is open to those aged 16 - 30. Short-term, practical residential courses are also available for business men and professionals on topics such as stress and time management. Books may also be purchased (though not by credit card) and there are Vedantic Centres at various locations around the world.
  • Vedic Foundation: International School of Vedic Studies offers a 12 year program for students between 8-10 years of age, located near Rishikesh and the Himalayas It is a residential program and is absolutely free.
  • Yoga Malika: Guided by Swami Dayananda Saraswati and Swami Paramarthananda Saraswati in Chennai India, provides classes in Vedanta, and books and cassettes. Some talks may be downloaded and a few are also available in Real Audio format.
  • YogaAdvaita.org: The Advaita Yoga Ashrama was set up to spread the teachings of yoga and advaita according to the lineage of Sri Swami Sivananda. The site introduces many aspects of Advaita and gives details of activities and retreats at affiliated centers throughout the world.
