Latah Trail Project: To preserve the historic Moscow-Arrow railroad corridor for non-motorized recreational and transportation uses.Virgil Phillips Farm County Park: A 160-acre Latah County Park located 5 miles north of Moscow, Idaho.  It was bequeathed by Virgil Phillips for the benefit and use of the children of Moscow for recreation purposes.
