Avon Arts Association: Promotes the visual arts through exhibits, demonstrations and workshops. Also provides college scholarships for qualified high school art students.

Living Museum: Originally Schoolhouse No. 3 in West Avon, now a museum offering special computer exhibit, topographical diorama of the Farmington Canal, artifacts, memorabilita, historical photographs and maps. Free Admission.
Pine Grove Schoolhouse: One-room school house built in 1865 and now a museum, furnished with bolted desks, hand slates, c. 1925 textbooks and a working stove. Open Sundays. Free Admission.
