Barton County Historical Society Museum and Village: An 1873 native stone house, an 1898 church, a 1910 railroad depot, a 1915 school house, and a small post office, including historical information, upcoming events and visitor information located at Great Bend.
Boot Hill: The Museum was founded in 1947 to collect, preserve and interpret the history of Dodge City.
Legler Barn Museum: Operated by the Lenexa Historical Society.
McPherson County Old Mill Museum: Museum complex features restored 1898 flour mill, Swedish Pavilion from the 1904 World's Fair and buildings of historical note. Located in Lindsborg.
Old Cowtown Museum: Recreates Wichita and Sedgwick counties from 1865 to 1880. Includes details of collections and buildings, calendar of events, hours, admission, membership details, map and directions. Located at Wichita.
