Systems for Automatic Customer Support Operations (SACSO): The target applications of the project are networked printer systems. Complete troubleshooters for several HP printers have been developed, and are going to be offered to end-users as web-based e-service applications. The introduction of such e-services is expected to significantly reduce the need for customer support operations provided by human call agents.
